Yes, that's why I am really eager to read what your work will propose 
in the end ! You seem to be quite documented and experienced and it 
might lead to somethng useful. I think the great challenge for you is 
to find legal proposals that protect the authors and satisfy the 
right managements societies lawyers... Good luck ! And, again,
