Thanks for the response Frederico.  I'll follow up offline after  
things get further along.

Regarding the Wiki thing...I frankly don't know that much about them  
but somehow I have the impression that they allow a sort of free-for- 
all where just about anyone can edit just about any article.  But  
maybe there are more heavily moderated versions and varying levels of  
write access for authenticated users and groups and so on.

If there is a groundswell of interested volunteers it might be a  
useful way to go.  Let's see what happens here.  So far, it's kind of  
quiet.
